AMC OS Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 13, 2026

These Terms govern use of AMC OS, an AI-assisted media operating system operated by Eden Insights. Additional order forms, enterprise agreements, app-store terms, or written contracts may apply. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that customer.

Accounts and Authority

Customers must provide accurate account information, protect account credentials, and assign roles only to authorized people. An organization Owner controls team membership, brand access, billing settings, platform connections, and account deletion. Customers are responsible for activity performed through their accounts unless prohibited by law.

Users must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must only connect social accounts, Pages, brands, and content they own or are authorized to manage.

Plans, Billing, and Renewal

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Prices, taxes, included features, and usage limits are shown in the order flow or applicable agreement.

Plan limits may include seats, brands, generations, regenerations, storage, concurrency, model access, presets, analytics, and autonomous-publishing features. Weekly quotas reset on the schedule shown in the dashboard and do not roll over unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Pro and Enterprise plans may include metered usage or overages. The dashboard provides available usage and budget controls, but estimates may differ from final provider charges. Customers are responsible for authorized usage incurred by their organization, subject to the applicable plan and agreement.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, payments are non-refundable. Canceling prevents future renewal but does not retroactively refund completed service periods or provider usage. If payment fails, AMC OS may provide a grace period and then pause new generation while preserving access to existing content.

Trials

A trial may be limited by time, brands, platforms, storage, and generation count. Trial access may end automatically when the time or usage allowance is exhausted. Trial abuse, duplicate trial accounts, or attempts to bypass limits are prohibited.

Content and AI Services

Customers retain rights they hold in content they upload, subject to rights needed for AMC OS and its providers to process, generate, store, review, publish, and analyze that content. Customers are responsible for verifying that they have permission to use all source material, logos, music, voices, likenesses, trademarks, and platform accounts.

AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to third-party content, or unsuitable for publication. Customers must review content, metadata, claims, disclosures, and legal compliance before publishing. Autonomous publishing should only be enabled where the customer accepts that responsibility and has configured appropriate safeguards.

Acceptable Use

AMC OS may not be used to:

Eden Insights may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, legal risk, unpaid charges, or platform compliance.

Third-Party Services

AMC OS depends on providers such as social platforms, AI-model providers, Stripe, Render, and Cloudflare. Those providers have separate terms, policies, prices, availability, and review requirements. Eden Insights does not control provider outages, API changes, moderation actions, account restrictions, content removals, or delayed analytics.

Data and Privacy

Use of AMC OS is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions. Customers are responsible for notices, permissions, and lawful processing required for information they upload or direct AMC OS to process.

Service Changes and Availability

AMC OS may improve, replace, discontinue, or limit features. Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve existing workflows, but uninterrupted service, specific provider behavior, successful publication, or permanent compatibility is not guaranteed. Enterprise service levels apply only when stated in a signed agreement.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMC OS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Eden Insights is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of AMC OS or third-party providers.

Any liability limits required for launch should be reviewed and finalized by qualified legal counsel before public sales. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

Customers may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal or the process stated in their agreement. Owners may export data and schedule organization deletion through the dashboard. Eden Insights may suspend or terminate service for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or nonpayment, subject to applicable law and written agreements.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as AMC OS, pricing, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be published with a revised effective date.
