Eden Insights Data Deletion Instructions
Effective Date: August 15, 2026
Eden Insights is an application operated by Eden Insights, Inc. that provides dashboard workflows for exporting account data, disconnecting social platforms, deleting individual content, and deleting an entire organization.
Export Before Deletion
An Owner can create an export from Settings → Privacy & Data → Create secure export. The export contains supported brand, content, workflow, analytics, team, and billing records. It intentionally excludes passwords, OAuth tokens, secrets, credential files, and large media binaries. A manifest identifies what was included or excluded.
Disconnect Social Platforms
Before deleting the organization, customers may disconnect each connected YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook account from Eden Insights. Access can also be revoked in the platform’s own account or business settings.
Disconnecting or deleting Eden Insights data does not automatically remove posts already published to a platform. Delete those posts through the applicable platform.
Delete an Organization
Only an authorized Owner can schedule organization deletion.
- Open Settings → Privacy & Data.
- Review the deletion warning and create an export if desired.
- Type
DELETE ORGANIZATIONexactly. - Select Schedule deletion.
- During the grace period, new generation is paused and the Owner can cancel the deletion request.
- After the grace period, select Delete now or allow the configured operator workflow to execute it.
When Stripe billing is enabled, Eden Insights first attempts to cancel the connected subscription. Local data is not removed if Stripe cancellation cannot be confirmed, preventing the customer from losing account access while billing remains active.
What the Workflow Removes
The organization-deletion workflow removes data beneath the configured service output directory and known local credential locations, including applicable:
- Brand profiles and assets
- Generated and imported content
- Generation jobs and render records
- Reviews, schedules, deployment queues, and publishing records
- Analytics, recommendations, and reliability records
- Team, onboarding, entitlement, and usage records
- Saved platform connection and token files controlled by the deployment
The workflow is constrained to approved service locations and does not recursively delete unrelated server files.
What May Remain
A minimal privacy tombstone and export directory may remain to document that deletion was requested and completed. Records may also remain where required for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
The customer or operator must separately remove:
- Posts and data retained by YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Stripe, or another provider
- Public media objects stored in Cloudflare R2 or another externally managed bucket when they are not controlled by the local deletion workflow
- Backups retained outside the deployment
- Repository history, logs, or infrastructure snapshots managed by an external hosting provider
Individual Content Deletion
Rejected or archived videos and other eligible content can be deleted through the relevant Brand or Video workspace. Deleting content can free managed storage but does not remove a post already published to a social platform.
